When an artist sits down behind the keys of a piano, the melodies that are produced can be a thing of beauty. There have been many artists that have entertained us over the years including such names as Liberace, Elton 
John, Harry Connick Jr, and Billy Joel to name just a few, but they all had to start by learning how to play an instrument.
There are many young people who would like to play piano, but they are just intimidated by the instrument. If there were an easy way to learn to play piano, however, there would be more young adults that would show an interest in piano instruction.
Just as with any other instrument, for one to learn to play piano having the proper equipment and qualified piano instruction make it an easy instrument to master over time; but of course you have to practice at it.
Learning music from a knowledgeable instructor is one way of learning to play the piano, and the first thing that the piano student will be able to do with an instructor is become familiar with a full sized piano. 
Also getting a full sized keyboard chart will help the student become more familiar with the piano’s keyboard and help the student immediately recognize that the same twelve notes repeat themselves on the keyboard over and over.
The internet has now made learning piano convenient, and these piano lessons are relatively inexpensive; aside from the cost involved in traveling back and forth to where other lessons may be provided.
Many of these online courses offer several free lessons, full courses with pdf downloads, and in a few cases incorporate all three of these components to create one total course.
However one decides to learn to play the piano, piano and music lessons should be simple, given that the student is committed to learning to play it and using a method of music instruction with which he or she is comfortable.
